Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, Arrow Indian Contractors is a general contractor providing a full-scale suite of vertical and civil construction management services. Arrow manages all aspects of commercial construction projects to include design-build projects, commercial and industrial building construction and all phases of earthwork, heavy mass grading, fine finish grade work, street and road construction, parking lots, and concrete and asphalt paving. Utilizing much of its own forces to self-perform a significant portion of the project allows for significant cost savings to our clients.
In 1992, Thom established Arrow as an innovative, self-performing construction company dedicated to serving Native American communities and providing a service based on his understanding of the Native American perspective and culture. This approach to customer service has expanded Arrow’s market reach to federal and tribal agencies throughout the southwest.
Upon Thom’s passing in 2022, his wife, Sheila Curleyhair, became the new President of Arrow Indian Contractors to continue company growth and opportunity.
A clear vision of Arrow Indian Contractor’s identity and purpose was established at its inception and continues to today.
